Most of our private-party catering happens in gardens across the Midlands — from suburban gardens in Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and Edgbaston to country plots in Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Staffordshire. We site the fire safely and cleanly, work around your outdoor space and leave it spotless.
Whole hog on the fire from mid-afternoon, styled carving station, three signature sauces, hot floured rolls, seasonal sides and salads, a proper vegan main course, full service team, and complete clear-down. Nothing on the invoice that is not on the plate.
Optional grazing tables on arrival, fire-cooked lamb or beef alongside the hog, dessert stations, cheese boards and late-night rolls — all available as upgrades to build the party around your budget.

A flat area roughly 6m × 4m is comfortable for the fire, carving station and service flow. We work with less if needed.
