Luxury Wedding Catering Across The Midlands

Hog & Boar are the Midlands' luxury wedding caterers — designing live-fire wedding menus that guests remember for years. From carving-station weddings in Warwickshire barns to grazing-and-canapé receptions in Worcestershire manor houses, every menu is built around your venue, your guest count and the feel you want.

Wedding catering packages built around your day

We offer three core wedding catering routes for Midlands couples: a luxury hog roast carving wedding (from around £42 per head), a curated grazing & canapé reception (from £28pp), and a fire-cooked tasting menu (from £120pp). Every route can be combined — grazing on arrival, hog roast for the wedding breakfast, late-night rolls after the dance floor opens.

Nothing is off the shelf. We build your proposal around your venue, your numbers, your guests and the feel you want.

Live-fire theatre as your wedding centrepiece

A whole hog turning slowly over coals from mid-afternoon, a styled carving station under brass pendants, the smell of slow-cooked pork carrying across the venue as guests arrive — that is what live-fire wedding catering delivers. It is the most photographed food moment we cook.

Venues we regularly cater across the Midlands

Hampton Manor, Coombe Abbey, Mythe Barn, Shustoke Barn, Iscoyd Park, Wootton Park, Wethele Manor, Warwick House, Stanbrook Abbey, Curradine Barns, Delbury Hall and country estates from the Cotswolds fringe up to the Peak District.

The late-night feast

One of our most-booked additions — hot pulled-pork rolls served two hours after the wedding breakfast as guests come off the dance floor. Universally loved and, along with the carving station itself, the food guests talk about most in the reviews.

Vegan, vegetarian & dietary requirements

Every package includes a properly cooked vegan main course — not an afterthought. Full allergen information supplied ahead of the day; we handle gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and cultural dietary requirements as standard.
